Constellation aims to achieve 95% carbon-free generation by 2030 and 100% by 2040, and to eliminate all operations-driven emissions by 2040.
They are exploring new opportunities such as supplying nuclear-powered energy for AI data centers (coming online 2026–2028) and have recently announced acquisition of Calpine for broader natural gas and geothermal integration.
