Huahong Grace Semiconductor (HHGrace) is a Shanghai-based pure-play foundry formed through the merger of Hua Hong NEC and Grace in 2011. Established as a key player in China’s IC manufacturing, HHGrace operates multiple 200 mm fabs in Shanghai and Wuxi, with monthly capacity of over 140,000 wafers.
